History and Today: Piere’s Entertainment Center is a legendary 40,000 square-foot entertainment complex and live music venue that has hosted the top names in music for over three decades. 

Today, the center is home to three iconic rooms: Piere’s Main Stage (1,800 capacity), Stan’s Room (400 capacity), and Club Escape (200 capacity).

Marketplace of Canterbury: Piere’s is the main attraction in the Marketplace of Canterbury, an entertainment district located on the north side of Fort Wayne. The Marketplace of Canterbury is home to over a dozen locally owned shops and restaurants.

Parking: Piere’s has dedicated parking for its patrons just east and south of the building. 

Transit: Piere’s is accessible by public transit; Citilink Route #3.

Purchasing Tickets: Tickets to shows at Piere’s can be purchased through Etix, either online at www.pieresentertainment.com (24/7) or by phone at 1-800-514-3849 x1 (Mon-Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 12pm-8pm). If a show is not sold out, tickets will be available to purchase at the door.

Important: We strongly encourage customers to purchase tickets directly through Piere’s, Etix, or at the retailers listed above. The validity of tickets purchased through a third-party seller is not guaranteed. Entrance into Piere’s is only guaranteed with a valid ticket.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If a show or tour is canceled or postponed, refunds may be available at point of purchase.

Canceled Shows: When a show is canceled, tickets purchased online through www.pieresentertainment.com or Etix.com are automatically refunded. If the ticket was not purchased online with a credit card, ticket holders can get a refund at the point of purchase.

Postponed Shows: When a show is postponed, Etix will email ticket holders who purchased their ticket online with information about their options. This usually includes using the ticket they have for the future date or getting a refund.

Guest Lists: Please have your ID ready to show our staff at the venue entrance. Tip: Be sure to confirm with your contact prior to the show that your name is on the list. We are not responsible for mistakes made by artists, band members, radio stations, or any other promotional groups, although we will follow up on Guest List inquiries to the best of our ability.

Reserved seating or table service is available at select shows. Email [email protected] to inquire about the show you plan to attend.

Piere’s is happy to accommodate patrons with special needs. Please email us at [email protected] with your name, special need, and date of the show you’ll be attending, as well as any questions you may have. 

Prior notice is preferable for your convenience and to ensure we have reserved a space for you in our designated accessibility area. Last minute requests can only be accommodated by the manager on duty that evening as space permits. 

For those in wheelchairs, please arrive 30 minutes prior to start of show to ensure we have reserved a space for you in our designated accessibility area.

Piere’s accepts cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). There is not an ATM on-site. 

ID and credit card required for all tabs.

Smartphones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, unless otherwise specified by the artist. Professional cameras (i.e. cameras with removable lenses), flash photography, and video or audio recording devices are not allowed without a photo pass and granted permission from the artist and/or venue.

Unless otherwise noted in the show description, all shows at Piere’s are All Ages. Please check the individual show listing to verify. 

For shows that are 18 & over, patrons must show a valid form of federal or state ID (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, passport, etc.) as proof of age. Piere’s has the right to, and will, refuse entry to any patron who cannot produce a valid, adequate ID. We also reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID if the first form is unacceptable or unclear. 

Piere’s is a safe, secure, and fun environment, but as always, we recommend parents weigh the maturity level and personality of their individual child when deciding on the right age for their child to be allowed to attend concerts.

No re-entry. No exceptions.

Per the City of Fort Wayne Smoking Ordinance, smoking is prohibited inside Piere’s Entertainment Center and within 20 feet of any door or opening to the building. Note: Fort Wayne’s smoke-free air law is more restrictive than the statewide law which only prohibits smoking within 8 feet of business entrances.

Alcohol is available for purchase and consumption by patrons 21 & over. In order to drink alcohol at Piere’s, you must show a current valid federal/state ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) as proof of age.

Patrons under the age of 21 may not consume alcohol under any circumstances, and any minor who is caught consuming alcohol, or anyone providing alcohol to a minor, will be asked to leave, and may be turned over to law enforcement.

Piere’s offers a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

The health and safety of our staff, patrons, and artists is our highest priority. At this time, there is no mask or proof of vaccination requirement to attend a show at Piere’s. This policy is subject to change based on CDC, state, or city guidelines, or the requirements of the artist performing. We encourage all patrons to “Know Before You Go” and refer to the venue’s website prior to purchasing tickets and attending shows for all the most current information and protocols.

Piere’s does not tolerate acts of violence, victimization, or predation. If at any time while at Piere’s you do not feel safe or if you see anything that concerns you, reach out to a security guard or staff member immediately. 

Fighting is not tolerated. Offenders are subject to a lifetime ban from the premises. 

Unwanted sexual behavior, rude, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Offenders are subject to a lifetime ban from the premises. 

Criminal activity is not allowed, offenders are on camera and are subject to full prosecution under Indiana and federal laws.

This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management. Every show may have different requirements regarding what is permitted into the venue. As a rule, the following items are never permitted: 

  • Professional photography equipment (anything with a detachable lens)
  • Video or audio recording devices
  • Outside food or drink of any kind
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Camelbacks
  • Weapons of any kind (including off duty law enforcement and CPL holders)
  • Toys, frisbees, etc.
  • Balloons and other inflatables
  • Chairs, blankets, etc.
  • Stickers and flyers
  • Laser pointers
  • Markers, pens, spray paint, etc.
  • Any jewelry, chain wallets, or clothing that could inflict harm
  • Illegal substances and any other item deemed unsuitable by venue security 

 

Persons and their belongings are subject to search at any time while on the premises.

Being a member of the Piere’s Street Team includes spreading the word about our upcoming shows in exchange for free concert tickets, VIP upgrades, exclusive merch, and other unique experiences. 

Street Team members hang posters in local businesses, pass out flyers at events, share posts on social media, etc. As a Street Team member, you should be knowledgeable about artists and genres and be able to connect the community to Piere’s events. 

We are looking to grow our Street Team presence in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio (any city and town within a 120-mile radius of the venue).

Ohio: Toledo, Defiance, Findlay, Lima, Van Wert, Dayton, Hamilton
